The Kāhea Collective is where enrollment and student-success leaders come together to reflect, connect, and build from the middle out.

Through community, coaching, and shared practice, members turn insight into action — and action into meaningful change.

What We Do

The Kāhea Collective helps professionals stay rooted and forward-moving through three simple practices:

Reflect Return To Your Center and Your “Why”

Each month, you’ll receive a short reflection prompt and practice — a story, question, or exercise to help you pause and realign with purpose.

These reflections invite stillness and clarity in the middle of constant motion — a space to listen before leading, to remember why you do this work, and to find coherence between values and action.

Connect — Belong to a community that breathes the same questions.

Every quarter, we gather virtually for Kāhea Sessions Live — lightly facilitated conversations where members share insights, challenges, and new sparks.

It’s not a webinar or lecture; it’s a circle of professionals who believe that leadership grows through presence, empathy, and story.

You’ll meet colleagues who understand the balance between care and change — and find companionship in the work.

Activate — Turn insight into movement.

When you’re ready to move from reflection to practice, Kāhea offers optional 1:1 sessions, design labs, and practical tools that help you bring ideas to life.

You’ll translate vision into grounded action — designing systems, shaping teams, or simply building your next courageous step with intention.

We focus on progress, not performance — action that feels aligned, not frantic.
